Yes! We have several options for you to purchase off-line. The first option is to call us at 714.992.8010 and arrange to FAX your order. Secondly we can take a phone order. Keep in mind if you are not using a credit card we will hold your shipment until payment arrives. We accept all the major credit cards, checks, money orders, or cashiers checks.
SHIPPING METHODS AND THE CARE WE TAKE IN SHIPPING OUR PRODUCTS
Our recommended shipping method is either UPS, or USPS. You will save time and money and orders will be shipped within 1-4 days of receipt. However, most orders are processed for shipping as soon as they are received and usually are shipped the same day, contingent they are received before 3pm Pacific Standard Time (PST), excluding weekends and holidays.
Moulon Beverly Hills inspects all merchandise for manufacturers defects and/or damage prior to shipping. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon receipt and to make sure it is free of any defect. All defects MUST be reported to the shipper within 24 hours from the date you receive the shipment. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIM FOR DAMAGES IF THE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY THE SHIPPER. WE WILL ACCEPT "DEFECTIVE ONLY" MERCHANDISE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. ANY CLAIMS MADE AFTER THE 24HR PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
All shipping charges comply to the standard rates for the United States Postal Office (USPS), Federal Express (FEDEX), United Parcel Service (UPS), and DHL, depending on which method is selected. To insure that you will NEVER be charged over the standard shipping charges, all orders will be re-weighed and recalculated after packaged for shipping to reflect the accurate charges due. The USPS (United States Postal Office) will ship to a P.O. Box if requested.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To EXCHANGE or RETURN merchandise you MUST obtain an EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE REQUEST (EMR) NUMBER. To receive the EMR number please contact or us at 714-992-8010, or email manikas@roadrunner.com.
You MUST secure this number from our exchange department prior to making any returns or exchanges WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. All returns MUST be shipped freight pre-paid by you. We reserve the right that all returns will be inspected upon receipt, before an acceptance will be made. All claims for defective product MUST BE made in writing within 24 hrs after receipt of your product.
The minimum purchase is $120.00. When returning orders you must order other products to equal the original purchase price or purchase additional product. Refunds will not be issued to orders falling below the $120.00 minimum purchase. Upon returning merchandise you must include all pertinent information including: your name, address, phone number, order number, SKU# of the exchange, and the SKU# of the new product to be exchanged. The exchange of merchandise when authorized will incur additional shipping charges for you, to and from the destinations unless the returned merchandise is due to a manufacturing defect. Exchanges: When exchanging/returning merchandise you are liable for shipping fees both ways. All promotional free shipping fees will no longer be valid. In addition, if a refund is requested you will be charged the promotional "free shipping fee" if any together with a 20% re-stocking fee. Luggage can not be returned and no refunds will be issued. PROMOTIONAL "SALE" items do not qualify for exchanges or refunds. No returns will be accepted without a valid EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE REQUEST (EMR)number written on the outside of the returned carton. This number is issued via email.
Merchandise that does not meet your expectations, including sizes of the product (excluding sale/promotional items) must be returned WITHIN 7 DAYS after receipt. The 20% restocking fee will be charged to your credit card if a refund is requested within this time period. Additionally, all shipping charges is the responsibility of the customer for all returns and exchanges, unless the merchandise is returned due to a factory defect.
Returned merchandise must be "unused" and in original packaging, labels attached and in the same condition as received. Returned merchandise should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. You can expect a prompt return of exchange within 7 days of receipt. Moulon of Beverly Hills is in no way responsible for defective merchandise after 7 days of your receipt of merchandise. RETURNS and/or EXCHANGES CAN NOT BE MADE ON SALE OR PROMOTIONAL MERCHANDISE, AS ALL THESE SALES ARE FINAL.
PLACING ORDERS NOT IN STOCK AND TYPOGRAPHICAL LISTING ERRORS
While we make every effort to maintain ample supply of our stock, occasionally we may be out of certain items. Out-of-stock item(s) will be removed from your order total and we will notify you by e-mail. We have the right to supply less than the quanitity ordered at any time, due to availability.
We strive to maintain as accurate and specific website as possible through our product listings and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that all content, pricing or specifications are always current and complete. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical information, technical or other error, moulonofbeverlyhills.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product. Moulon rserves the right at any time after receipt of your order has been made to correct a typographical error made in pricing, and charge you accordingly. You will be notified via email of the error. If you disagree with the corrected price you will be required to return the portion of the order that is in dispute, and Moulon shall pay for the return shipping charges via UPS Ground. EXAMPLE: If an item listed price is $100 and during the "check out process" it is listed at $10.00 then a typographical error has occurred and the listed price shall be charged to the order.
RECEIVING DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If you receive merchandise that is damaged due to shipping, you must make a claim with the freight carrier within 24 hours of receipt. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this to the freight carrier when making your claim. If you notice concealed damage after the delivery driver has left, keep the original shipping box together with all the packing materials and call the freight carrier immediately to have them inspect the damage and file your claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Moulon of Beverly Hills is in no way responsible for defective merchandise after 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?
We are required by law to charge sales tax to orders shipped ONLY to California residents. No sales tax applies to orders shipped to addresses in other states or for international orders.
DO WE HAVE A CATALOG?
We can not produce a print catalog due to the ever-changing products on a daily basis.
